Who we are

Our Principal Consultant, Robert Woodward, had a successful Wall Street career spanning over 20yrs. 

 

Starting as an entry level Analyst with Bank of America, Robert progressed to Managing Director within Corporate & Investment Banking with Wachovia & Wells Fargo.

Throughout his career Robert has hired countless recent graduates into high-profile banking and finance roles and was active in all facets of recruiting and early talent. Since 2019, Robert has been solely focused on:

- On-Campus Recruiting at the Undergraduate & MBA level
 

- Executing multi-facet recruiting & hiring strategies

 

- Screening thousands upon thousands of resumes

- Conducting thousands of interviews via a variety of modalities including: phone, video, in-person, as well as SuperDays

- Networked & coached candidates and best practices to succeed in their hiring processes

- Conducted mock interviews both on and off campus
